International Expatriate Consulting, Inc. is owned and managed by Delayne  (Hill) Romson.  Our main office is in Vancouver, Washington with a satellite office in Santa Cruz, California USA.  This consulting firm works with all sizes of corporations in the design and implementation of policies, programs, and processes dealing with all aspects of the international transfer of corporate employees from country to country.  Ms. Romson has been actively working in the industry since 1986. Prior to forming her own company in 1995, she held an International (Global Mobility) and Immigration management position with a very progressive global relocation department with a Fortune 500 multi-national corporation.

Our Director of Consulting Services is Kristi Zelinka.  She provides our clients with information and assistance for our data management systems as well as being an integral part of the team that is involved in developing International Expatriate Consulting as a Global Mobility company with tools for our next generations. Kristi has worked with International Expatriate Consulting on numerous projects since its founding in 1995.  In 2006, she accepted the position of Director of Consulting Services and joined the IEC team full time.

Stephen Hill, Director of Technical Services, brings to us the knowledge needed to manage all internal equipment, external Co-location as well as designing our Global Mobility Data Management tool.  He has been with the company for 10 years in this capacity.
